Benefits of Membership of HSI and APHS
The members of HSI are primarily surgeons from India and the Asian subcontinent. The benefits of joining HSI are a) be a part of a community of like-minded surgeons interested in hernia surgery – open or laparoscopic, b) interact and share knowledge with experts in the field, c) attend the various conferences, workshops, seminars and CMEs organized by HSI from time to time at a special discounted rate. Those also opting for a membership of APHS will in addition be eligible to receive subscription to the journal Hernia (a worldwide renowned journal dedicated to herniology) at a discounted rate.
