A Hernia Society of India Endorsed Live Workshop on Hernia Repair was conducted at BIG Apollo Hospital in Patna on 19th June 2022. It was an HSI-endorsed event, organized by Dr. Vijay Mittal. Honorary Treasurer of HSI Randeep Wadhawan was the invited faculty. Five surgeries were performed – Lichtenstein repair, TAPP, IPOM + for umbilical hernia, for a lateral hernia, and TARM.
