A two-day training program on Abdominal Wall Reconstruction was conducted at Belle Vue Clinic on 23rd and 24th November 2018.  This was the fifth such program organized at this center in the last two years under the aegis of Hernia Society of India. 

15 delegates from across the country attended the program to learn complex hernia surgery. Seven surgeries were demonstrated over two days including open and endoscopic Posterior Component Separation, Endoscopic Rives Stoppa, Anterior Component Separation, Hybrid Posterior Component Separation and IPOM plus.

A half day CME was part of the program with lectures on procedure selection in a complex hernia, minimizing complications with AWR procedures, prosthesis properties and selection,  and hernia surgery complication management.
